Can anyone sign-up for this offer?
 

Yes!

The discounted packages are available exclusively for L&H Access members who can provide their active account numbers.

Non-members interested in getting a great website can still choose from our ready-to-go templates and get online fast. Find out more here.

How much will it cost?
 

There are 2 price points for the templates. All prices include GST.

$395 - 3 pages
$595 - 4 pages plus Basic Geo Location SEO and other benefits

In addition to the website setup costs there is an ongoing cost of $21.66 a month for hosting and support. This will be charged when the site is ready to go live and we will be in contact to provide you with payment options.

If you don’t have a domain name you will need to buy one. You can buy one from us here.

How can I pay?
 

We accept VISA, MasterCard and PayPal for payments via our website. No surcharges apply.

We do not accept AMEX or Diners Club.

How long will it take?
 

We will complete your website within one month of your sign-up.

Depending on demand, timeframes may sometimes be a bit longer. If this is the case, we will contact you to discuss a delivery date and we will offer a refund if this is unacceptable to you.

Do you include emails?
 

Yes! You can have up to ten email addresses. For example you could have; yourname@, info@, sales@ or any other email address you may need.

What is a domain name and how do I get one?
 

A domain name is the address of your website, for example www.electrician.com.au

If you don’t have a domain name, you we will need you to buy one. You can buy one from us here or you can buy one from any other domain name provider.

Can I change the look of the website?
 

You can't change the 'look' of the website included in the standard price. If you would like a design that suits your brand more closely, we can 're-design' the site to match your requirements at an additional cost.

What is your refund policy?
 

If you're not happy with your site, after launch, we offer a full refund within 14 days of launch. Terms and conditions apply and you can read them here.

Am I tied into a contract?
 

You are not tied into a contract with iformat in any way. 

You do though pay a hosting fee to Adobe Business Catalyst. (This is the system that powers your website.)

The hosting for the site is a monthly contract paid directly to Adobe. If you want to cancel the site you can do so at any time.

You need to cancel 2 weeks prior to the next billing cycle to avoid another monthly fee. 


Can I add more pages?
 

Yep! You can add as many more pages as you like. We can add them for you or you can add them yourself using the 'Content Management System'.

Can I manage the website myself?
 

Yep! You'll be able to manage the website yourself. You can; add pages, add images, add testimonials and lots more. 

Who owns the website?
 

You own the website! You bought it - you own it. 

But there is a 'Content Management System' that powers the website - you can't own that.
